· Maintenance Department Manager
Southeast is looking for a strong Maintenance Department manager. The successful candidate will have a background in all aspects of facility maintenance and especially in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, preventative maintenance, and projects. The ability to multi-task and deal with emergencies while staying calm is essential. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to successfully lead a team of maintenance employees. There is also a need to continue in developing a volunteer work force. Possession of good written and oral communication skills is a must. 8-10 years experience in the maintenance field is required, and a mechanical or electrical engineering degree is a plus.
